Questions
Things clients ask first.
How much is the downpayment, and when is the rest due?
30% secures the date. The balance is due when final files are delivered. Your downpayment moves with you if you reschedule more than 7 days out.
How can I pay?
GCash, Maya or bank transfer. If you’re booking from abroad, PayPal or Wise works too.
What happens if the weather is bad on a drone day?
We check forecasts 48 hours before. If wind or rain makes flying unsafe, we move the aerial part to the next open date at no cost.
Do you handle drone permits and airspace approvals?
Yes. We check airspace, request approvals where needed, and tell you upfront if a location can’t be flown.
Can I use the photos and videos in ads?
Business packages include commercial usage. Paid-ad or broadcast use is listed separately on your quote so there are no surprises later.
Do you shoot outside Laguna and Batangas?
Yes. Travel is a flat fee per location, shown in the estimator, plus accommodation for multi-day shoots.
Can I get the raw files?
Raw files are an add-on. Most clients don’t need them, but they’re available if your team edits in-house.
Do you issue official receipts and VAT invoices?
Yes. Every booking gets a written quote, an invoice and an official receipt, so your accounts team can process it without chasing us.
Can you provide accreditation papers and accept a purchase order?
Yes. We can send the documents your purchasing team needs to accredit a supplier, bill against your PO, follow your plant’s safety induction and PPE rules, and sign an NDA before the shoot.
Can family abroad watch the event live?
Yes. Add the livestream option and we’ll send a private link before the event, plus an online gallery link afterwards.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes, for construction progress, property marketing and social content.
Do you work with coordinators and venues?
Yes. Message us about a referral arrangement and a printed rate card for your clients.
Can you work under our agency’s brand?
Yes. We can shoot as your crew, sign an NDA, keep our name off every file, and hand over raw footage the same day.
